When you join the Mindful Games Lab email list, you’ll hear from me once or twice a month. Sometimes I’ll share a short mindful game prompt you can bring into your next play session—or think about afterward. Sometimes it’s a reflection on attention, emotion, or connection that showed up during a game. You’ll also get links to new blog posts and podcast episodes, along with the occasional personal note from someone who genuinely loves this hobby.
